four ways we can help.
here’s our process.
You buy. We set things in motion.
Our 'Pay It Forward’ philosophy means for every item sold, we donate an item (or two) to a child in need. We work directly with children and families that are referred, recommended, or who have applied directly on our site. We also partner with nonprofit organizations to donate our products to those who need it the most.
We plan. We give. We repeat.
Our plans are only as good as our follow-through. We have a 3-month lead time to plan the number of essential clothing items to donate directly to the families in need and a 6-month lead time for our nonprofit partners.
We do progress checks.
We will be sharing the progress and stories of the families that have been impacted by each purchase. We believe it’s important to be transparent, as it creates knowledge. And, knowledge creates action.
Life isn’t always easy. So we go the extra mile.
Consider us the friend you can reach out to at any time. Being a mom, a caretaker, or just adulting with a young child sometimes require extra support — mentally and financially. We get it. That’s why we created the Bear Hugs Program for that very reason.
We provide help three ways. Having a bad day? We'll give you a big virtual bear hug and send you some motivating words. Need some financial help? Apply for our scholarship. Need clothes donation for your child? Apply through our Bear Hugs Program. Learn more here.
We keep you in the loop.
Because you are a critical part of the journey. We want to hear your feedback and comments. The mission to help make the world a better place for our children is much more than just donations of clothing items.
